TiO2 was synthesized from titanium tetraisopropoxide in the presence of H2O and H2O2 to form TiO2(H2O) and TiO2(H2O2) respectively. Thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA) was utilized to investigate the thermal stability and select proper calcination temperatures of the solid powders used to prepare the oxides.
