Summary Primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) is an antiplatelet‐antibody‐mediated disorder with accelerated platelet clearance and decreased platelet production. Rozanolixizumab, a monoclonal IgG4 anti‐FcRn antibody, blocks IgG recycling and decreases IgG levels.
