Abstract
Background Approximately 50% of strokes in patients with cancer are classified as cryptogenic after standard evaluation. Atrial cardiopathy could explain some cancer‐related cryptogenic strokes. However, the relationship between cancer and atrial cardiopathy is uncertain.
