Abstract
Background: Colorectal carcinoma (CRC) is the third most common cancer in the world and incidences are on the rise in Bangladesh. KRAS, NRAS, BRAF, PIK3CA, and AKTI gene mutations are predictive markers of biological therapies, monoclonal antibodies targeting EGFR.
