Abstract
OBJETIVO: Evaluar clínicamente de pacientes portadores de queratoconjuntivitis seca posterior a puntoplastia con la técnica de parche del punto lagrimal. MÉTODOS: Se realizó puntoplastia con la técnica de parche del punto lagrimal a 31 pacientes (62 ojos) portadores de queratoconjuntivitis seca grado 2, que acudieron a la consulta en el año 2006, y se utilizó conjuntiva autóloga en 16 pacientes (32 ojos) y mucosa labial, en 15 casos (30 ojos), y se les evaluó clínicamente al mes y a los tres meses de realizada la cirugía. RESULTADOS: En 26 pacientes se observó una mejoría subjetiva y objetiva
