Abstract

The experiment was to investigate the effect of adding different levels of vitamin C (VC) to parent pigeons' diets on body weight, slaughter performance, meat quality, serum biochemical indexes and blood routine of squabs. 90 pairs of parent pigeons and 270 squabs with similar body weight at one-day-old were selected, and the parent pigeons and squabs were randomly divided into five groups, with six repelicates in each group.
