Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of learning motivation, self-efficacy, and blended learning on students’ achievement in the industrial revolution 4.0. This is done to follow the development of the world of education to improve the quality of service, Human Resources and the quality of graduates. The research object was Public High School in Padang Sampling using Slovin formula. To analyze the research data used Partial Least Square (PLS) Version 3.0. The results showed that (1) Learning Motivation had a positive and significant effect on student achievement of Public High School in Padan
